Returns, Refunds & Rebates

Thank you for choosing Sedona Suits.  Our customers’ satisfaction is our top priority.  To ensure that you get exactly what you pay for, we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order as well as additional return, refund, and rebate options for a number of incidents on subsequent orders.

30-day Full Refund Guarantee

If this is your first order, then you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked. Please download and fill out this return form.

To receive your refund, please follow the instructions in this form carefully. The return form must be emailed to [email protected] within 30 days of the date when you received your package. Once you receive your Return Authorization Code, you must ship your return package by the end of the 30-day window or within 5 business days of the date the code was received—whichever provides the most time.

Once we receive the returned package, you will be issued a full refund as well as reimbursement for the cost of shipping.

If the package is lost in transit or if you do not see the funds returned to your account, please contact us immediately via the portal on the Contact Us page.

Other Returns, Refunds & Rebates

Defective Product
If the clothing you ordered is defective, we will provide a full refund. Examples of defective products may include the following:

  • Color or fabric are different than what was ordered
  • Custom features that were requested are not present
  • Custom features that were NOT requested are present
  • Ordered items are missing

If your product is defective, please contact us using the portal below. We will respond via email within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to return your item and claim your refund.

To be eligible for a refund under these criteria, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Clothing Fits Poorly

If the fit of your clothing is not to your standards, you may be eligible for a rebate of up to $50 per item. The purpose for this rebate is to allow the customer the option to visit a tailor in their area to get their clothing resized.

To claim this rebate, the customer must provide an image of a receipt from a local tailor for the product resizing within 90 days of when the product was first delivered. We will review the receipt and respond in 1-2 business days.
